Exchange and return policy

Based on Article 16 of Consumer Protection in the Sultanate of Oman, the customer has the right, within 15 days from the date of receiving any commodity - with the exception of perishable consumer goods - the right to replace or return it and refund its value without any additional cost if the commodity is defective, or if it does not conform to standard specifications Or the purpose for which the contract was concluded, provided that evidence of its purchase from the supplier is presented, and that the defect is not a result of the consumer’s misuse of the commodity.

 In the event of an exchange or return, the product must be returned in its original packaging and delivered to the representative. 

After 15 days have passed from the date of purchase, it is not possible to claim an exchange or a refund.

No product can be exchanged or returned without reason in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law of the Sultanate of Oman.

Guarantee Policy

The warranty covers manufacturing and technical defects only.

In the event that there is a warranty for the product, it will be included in the product description with the warranty period.

The warranty does not include delivery charges.

The warranty will be registered in the step company system with your phone number and order number. 

In the event that the product is returned, you will be asked for your phone number or order number to verify the warranty.

 

Warranty does not include

Free products.

 Products whose warranty period has expired.

Damage resulting from misuse of the product, such as falling, breaking, high temperatures, direct exposure to water, or the use of incompatible or conventional power adapters.
